At Frigzone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- ✔ Unused and in original condition
- ✔ Sealed in original packaging
- ✔ No signs of damage, tampering, or use
- ✔ Returned with all original documentation (if applicable)
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and regulatory standards, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used refrigerant cylinders
- Products with broken safety seals
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Custom or special bulk orders
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to the provided return address
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is completed
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
